We offer Worldwide Express Shipping, and our priority is that you have your order in the shortest possible time and we will do everything in our power to make it so.

The delivery time is calculated from the time the payment is received, and depends on where the customer is located. These times may vary if package is hold by local authorities or customs.

We do not ship on Sundays or Colombian holidays.

On orders up to USD $100.00: USD $15.00 per transit

*In case of exchange, the return of the product to our warehouse will be covered by the brand; however, the shipping cost for the new product must be covered by the customer (USD $15.00).

If your order is out of stock for any reason, we will send you an email as soon as possible, so you can choose between keeping the order and waiting until the product is available, or cancel it, and your money will be refund.
